100 successful women is a 100 part radio series, designed to promote the values of women’s involvement in Afghan society across the country. The series will broadcast on Moby’s Arman and Arakozia radio stations beginning June 1, 2013.
Afghan women increasingly play an active role in society, despite the
many barriers that exist in regards to access to opportunities. Some of these roles have been in the private sector, through developing successful and sustainable businesses;
in civil society, through activism and advocating for women’s rights; and in government. Lapis travels
across the country to uncover and document these inspiring stories and to create a vibrant and open
discussion around these stories. 100 successful women will be broadcast on 1st June and 2nd June 2013, Saturday to Wednesday at 10:30 am - 11:00 am in the “9-to-12” program on Arman FM and Sunday to
Thursday at 10:00 am - 11:00 am in the “De Ghag Studio” on Arakozia FM.
People’s Voice is a 19 - part elections related town hall debate series, which takes place in provinces across the country. The series will broadcast on Moby’s Arman, Arakozia radio stations as well as Lemar, TOLO TV and TOLO News beginning April 15, 2013.
