Tolo TV vs Attorney-General - Sayed Fazel Sancharaki

At a gathering organised by the media and those supporting democracy and freedom of speech, many people spoke out against the actions of the Attorney-General of Afghanistan, Mr Abdul Jabara Sabet, against Tolo TV. (For background, see video of news report of Tolo TV for background, and which caused the raiding of Tolo TV's premises on 17 April 2007.)

Below is an extract of comments by Sayed Fazel Sancharaki, the President of the National Journalists Union of Afghanistan, who compares the actions of the Attorney-General, Abdul Jabar Sabet, to the actions of Mullah Dadullah, where one has beheaded a journalist, the other has tried to behead freedom of speech.
