Dr Sima Samar

This episode of Chehra Ha interviews Dr Sima Samar. Dr Samar is the Chairperson of the Afghan Independent Human Rights Commission, and since 2005 the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Sudan.

In this interview, Dr Sima Samar talks to Sami Mehdi about various matters including her own personal history, her work, the problems faced by Afghanistan and specifically for those tasked with human rights related work, and various other matters.
