Richard Holbrooke, former United States Ambassador to the United Nations (August 1999 to January 2001), was in Kabul in March 2008 and Tolo TV took the opportunity to speak with him about various matters.
Ambassador Holbrooke has a keen interest in Afghanistan and speaks openly about the problems faced by the international community and the Afghan government in Afghanistan and what we can still do to salvage the current situation.
