Briefing: Bamdad Khosh is one of the morning shows of Tolo TV which is broadcasted from 7 to 9 AM in the morning.
This program is broadcasted six days a week and it mainly focuses on social and cultural subjects. The main goal and aim of this program is the growth and development of current objectives of Afghan society and it mostly talks about the current issues of society and youth. Besides, the daily tasks it pays attention to the economical process of the country.

I have worked in the governmental and private mediums from 1382 lunar calendar and I am an active member of Qalam (Pen) organization of Afghanistan and I have written a book by the name of Adam dasht Bi Payan ast (Human is the never ending desert) and hundreds of topics for the domestic and foreign mediums and it has been two years since I am working as a producer and anchor in Tolo TV.

In the spring season of the year, I was born in an intellectual and kind family. I was like a gift from the God to them especially to my kind mother whom I have always respected and has encouraged me in my life.
When I opened my eyes, I got familiar with the world. When I started walking, I walked towards the garden full of flowers and green grass, butterflies buzzing around. For this reason, spring season is the best season for me.
Hadia is my name and Hamdard is my surname which my friends have selected for me. I am calm but sometimes stick on one issue. I don’t like behaving rudely. The only thing always concerns me is loneliness. I like the sunset in autumn. I like reading books and poems. I have left my childhood behind but still feel the taste of it. I love children and my favorite colors are blue and black. Ashak and Bolani are my favorite food and they are delicious when my mother cooks them.
I five children and I love them the most in my life.
Living a simple life, simplicity and honesty are the principles of my life. In order to live, we should breathe and in order to love, we have to suffer.

Hi. I live in the UK but i used to watch your show when i went to Afghanistan for holidays. I qite like it.
I wanted to ask you for a favour. I heard thaa there used to be a medical show on Tolo, where these GPs used to talk about medication, infections, illnesses and how to treat them, but i dont know does that show called and who used to run it. I wanted to ask if u could find any contact details about those doctors from that show and send it to my email please? I would be so grateful.
